Slot machine idea

So i have this idea where people get to use a dispenser and get a prize of something valuable(i.e. diamond tools, obsidian (if its legal) and other blocks that are rare) and there could be a cost (if possible)and someone regulating the casino/slot machine/ whatever you want to call it. Tell me what you think and if it gets a good response i can start on it right away
