Please only post topic in the correct forum for them, and don't make two like topics.

Anyway, judging by "i was askin for help to test my server" (that was posted in the Ban/Unban Forum, here) I'd assume the admin who banned you interpreted what you were doing as advertising, which is frowned upon in servers.
