I had this happen to me a while ago, but for the life of me, I can't remember what I did to fix it! >.<
EDIT: You said you tried reinstalling? I think that's what I did, but I deleted my entire Minecraft folder first. If you do this, remember to back up your save files (if you have valuable ones, that is).

Delete your minecraft bin folder.
Start > Run > %appdata% > .minecraft > Delete bin
This should re-download MC.
Make sure you back up your saves.
