----------------------- First Join ---------------------------
When you first join you start in spawn town. There is no Mobs or PVP. The first thing you want to do is choose some jobs. You can choose a maximum of two jobs and can change them however often you want, however you will lose your level once you leave it. The jobs you can choose from are: Miner, Hunter, Builder, Woodcutter, Farmer and Digger. Their names are self explanatory but I have more detailed info below. Jobs are your primary source of income and you will automatically gain money by simply doing tasks associated to your jobs. The next thing you will want to familiarize yourself with is MCMMO. MCMMO is a plugin that gives you exp for almost anything you do. The more you work on any of the skills the more exp you get for that skill and the more levels you gain for that skill. Every time you level up a skill you get benefits that improve that skill. Next you will want to either join or start a town.
------------------------------Towns---------------------------
Towns are the main part of this server. You can either join one in existance, or pay a fee to create your own.
Resident
Once in a town your only obligation is to pay the tax set by your mayor, other than that just do your best to contribute to your town using /town deposit $
Mayor and Assistants
As the mayor or an assistant of your town you have more responsibility. Only you can invite people to your town to make it grow, as well as expanding your land with /town claim. Growing your town will give you a larger area to build on without fear of griefing as well as easier mining. The amount of land you can claim is limited to how many residents you have, so make sure to constantly invite new residents to keep your town growing.
Also, your town will be charged a $1000 tax once a week, as its tough to know exactly when the tax is coming it's recommended you keep at least $1000 in the bank at all times.
